People have their unique identities that represent them whether it’d be their sex, gender, race, ideologies, religion. Something that is inescapable for us Blacks in america is that regardless of what you see first, man or woman, the first thing you notice is our Blackness. This piece having striking similarities to tribal masks, this represents us wearing our Black american culture as a mask.
